How to create BACPAC file in SQL server

Steps to create BAPNAC file

  • Connect to SQL server
  • Right click on database under Object Explorer
  • Select > Tasks > Export Data-Tier Application
  • Check on ‘Do not show this page again’ and click Next
  • Under Export settings > browse > save

(Note: There will be 2 options to save the file, either local disk or storage location)

  • Once the storage location is set,
  • Click Next > Finish
