Monitoring & Alerts

Tech-Assured monitors Windows desktop(s) 24/7 using applications like Virtual Private Management Gateway. These applications utilize WMI, Standard SNMP data collection, SNMP Trap receiver, Syslog monitoring. Our monitoring templates allow us to watch uptime and functioning of services, and measure cpu, disk and memory utilization. Based on severity and type of alerts scripts are executed to run preventative maintenance activities. These applications also allow Tech-Assured staff persons to remotely access customer’s infrastructure to address issues in real time.

Maintenance, Updates and Patch Deployment

Desktops like all machines require regular maintenance. Tech-Assured staff persons perform scheduled maintenance activities using standard operating procedures regular intervals. Tech-Assured team connects to network infrastructure devices remotely to troubleshoot the issues.

Operating system version updates, antivirus and patch updates (for Windows, open source technologies Linux/Unix or other proprietary server technologies) are done based on engagement scope defined by the client.

Remote Remediation, Incident Reporting & Root Cause Analysis

Tech-Assured’s desktop support application has the ability to allow its staff members to remote access client work stations remotely using inbuilt remote access functionality.
