Operating system version updates, antivirus and patch updates (for Windows, open source technologies Linux/Unix or other proprietary server technologies) are done based on engagement scope defined by the client. The team of subject matter experts in Tech-Assured tests the patches in the test environment, prepares test reports, follows change management process for requests, approval and deployment. Coordination for providing downtime for updates is closely done with clients. It is followed by management and client reporting of successful deployments.
