The appliance where the monitoring software is installed acts as a proxy and will collect all data from the essential devices(at the customer’s premise) to be monitored and will beam back to SMSPL’s NOC. These devices are the ones that customers and SMSPL must have agreed at the time of signing the SLA.
The monitoring software has a standardized set of templates to monitor the common metrics. Monitoring agents are deployed to the devices that needs to be monitored. The agents will keep pushing data to the central server at regular intervals. Our 24×7 IT team will monitor the alerts and notifications arising from the triggers sent from the devices and will take immediate corrective actions without the customers noticing the downtime. The customers will be provided with a login screen that will have a dashboard, notifications and report section.
